The invention relates to agriculture and used in biogas plants for the production of biogas and organic fertilizers from liquid manure and dung. A methane tank contains horizontal external housing, filled with liquid, cylindrical reactor, fixed in external housing with the possibility of rotation about its geometrical axis, divided with longitudinal baffle, separating its inner volume to two parallel fermentation chambers, nozzles for inlet and outlet of organic mass in coincidence with rotation axis of cylindrical reactor, nozzle for the outlet of biogas and discharge chamber, connected with nozzle for the outlet of organic mass, and the nozzle for the outlet of organic mass has larger diameter than nozzle for the inlet of organic mass. The nozzle for the outlet of biogas is fixed in the upper part of discharge, and longitudinal baffle, separating inner volume of cylindrical reactor to two parallel fermentation chambers, is extended in nozzle for the outlet of organic mass at a distance is not less than to nozzle end for the outlet of organic mass, and in each parallel fermentation chamber on geometrical axis of longitudinal baffle stirring pins are fixed on hinges with the possibility of rotation. The methane tank provides while working portion-series passage of fermented mass and stratification infeasibility of organic mass to fractions.
